• The Fisheye prime is ideal for FX-format cameras and can also be used on DX models. It features a 24mm f/1.8 equivalent focal length. It is suitable for interior and sports applications. Its 180 angle of view provides creative and distorted images.
• The bright f/2.8 maximum aperture helps you shoot in challenging lighting conditions. Super Integrated Coating is applied to the elements to suppress ghosting, flare, and internal reflections. It helps improve color accuracy and contrast when working in harsh lighting conditions.
• The Close-Range Correction System helps maintain the consistency of image quality even from the smallest focusing distance up to infinity.
• The Nikon D-series cameras with built-in D-type lenses are compatible with the Autofocus system. However, certain D-series cameras, such as the D3000, D5000, D40, D60, and D40X, do not have an AF motor. These models can only use manual focus.
• The D-series cameras feature a petal-shaped hood that's designed to protect the front lens element and prevent flare.
