The Z 7 II's 90% frame coverage allows you to compose the way you want it. You can manually choose one of the 493 focus points to focus on one of the subjects in the frame, or you can set subject tracking to automatically select the points depending on where the subject is in the frame. The Z 7II's Eye Detection AF system is designed to automatically focus on one of the eyes in the frame to create focused portraits. It comes with new features that give it more flexibility. You can now set the boundaries of the Z 7II's eye detection mode by selecting an area of the frame. It will only focus on one eye in the selected area, which is ideal for pet portraits or busy scenes. The lens's Nano Crystal Coating helps minimize ghosting and flare in low-light conditions. It also features a step AF motor that's ideal for both video and still photography.
